My go to for all my reptiles supplies!I got a lovely gecko from here and they were great with delivery.The shipping is always super fast, the website has a great selection at great prices, and some really cool products too.I have a fair number of geckos that eat Pangea, so I love the reusable silicone food cups.I’ve also been to their booth at a few different expos and everyone is always great.

Great customer service. Did a pickup, asked a question, and was told they didn't carry something. About 10 minutes after I left, they did some research and called me to explain why they didn't carry this item. Definitely felt they truly cared about customer service.Product was affordable and met expectations

just picked up some stuff for my gecko I’m getting in a few days. My order was ready for pick up in less than 24 hours and everything I got is wonderful! He’s going to love it! The nice man who greeted me at the door even offered to help me carry some things to my car! Thank you so much reptiles r us team! This won’t be the last time you see me! :)Edit: thought I would add a photo of my crested gecko enjoying his cave I got from you guys :) thanks again!!

I was having trouble finding Arcadia lights in Canada. ReptilesRuS had a good selection. I also appreciated that they stated on the website the delays in some forms of shipping. I paid for the mid level shipping (FedEx by ground) and it arrived in 2 business days. Great product, sturdy packaging, and reliable shipping. Will absolutely be buying through them again.

It was our first time shopping with ReptileRuS and we were very happy with our experience. The gentleman working Friday was kind and instructed us on how to properly place a pick up order. We placed our order online and picked it up the very same day. If your looking for a Chameleon enclosure for a good price this is definitely the place to go! & to top off our experience my boyfriend surprised me with a Axolotl plushie as those can be hard to come across. Both products were in perfect condition and definitely worth every dime.We will definitely be back!

I bought a number of things over the past year or so from Reptiles R Us. Most recently I bought an Arcada T5 bulb and kit for my bearded dragon. The bulb was defective.I contacted the company and they were very responsive - offering advice. The bulb still didnt work. I returned the bulb and kit - they confirmed the bulb was defective and quickly sent everything back to me (including a new bulb)I cannot fault the promptness and quality of customer service and will continue to use them. Great company! Recommended!

The online store has so many products which are impossible to find anywhere in Canada much less at reasonable prices. It is my go to place now for any of my reptile needs. The customer service is also amazing! They responded to my email and resolved my issue on the same day. The shipping is also great, super fast and easy! Overall, they seem like a great business and I’m happy to be a returning customer. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them.

I was looking for some things for my new leopard gecko and our local pet stores didn't carry them. Thankfully, ReptilesRuS carried it. Browsing their website, they had a wide selection of products, which the local big box chains did not carry, so it's nice to know that there's a place where we can get items that cater to reptiles.Despite being a little more specialized, the prices were reasonable. Shipping costs were also reasonable and my order was shipped out the very next morning after I ordered it, which was securely packaged to minimize any risk of damage. Everything has been working as expected since setting it up.I would certainly order from them again if there's anything I can't find locally.
