I have never been so impressed with customer service as I have been with Command Gate! So impressed with the product! My gate provides a polished look of security. Install was handled so quickly and professionally. But the customer service surpasses everything. Questions answered quickly, always treated like a VIP. Wow - what a great experience!Worked with the staff at Command Gates for a few weeks and had our custom gate installed a few days ago. It looks wonderful!Started inquiries over emails, sales person came and answered all my questions and shared some recommendations - and that was when I knew that I was getting a Command Gate! Install was great, very quick and they had to work a little harder than expected to get us set up, great service and no additional charge. We requested a different receiver to connect directly to our vehichles...it was delivered the next day and they even took the time to set up my vehicles. Once again no extra charges! No question I chose the right company and did I say it looks wonderful!Would highly recommend this company just for the customer service and friendly attitude - feel very confident if I ever have any issues they will be resolved quickly! We got Command gate to put openers on our existing gates. We chose their system b/c we wanted a low maintenance system and it truly seems to be very good quality. The service team was good too. They are accessible to answer questions, and overall experience was good. The only problem is that our driveway is at a slight angle coming into our yard. Because of this, one gate has to open a bit wider than the other to encompass the angle. The problem with this, is that it gave the appearance that one gate was broken, or not working properly...it made it look like it was opening at half the speed. Unfortunately the speed of the gates cannot be individually adjusted, but the service team was able to stagger the openings of the gate. So they end up lining up which is great. But now that they're staggered, it doesn't look as quality, in our opinion. They also open a bit slower than other systems we've seen. So we are a bit bummed about this, especially after spending all the dollars on an automatic opener. But overall we know we have ourselves a good quality system that we'd recommend to others, especially if their driveway comes straight into their yard.

Command Gate has gone and done it again! Murray, Nick and crew are always a pleasure to deal with. I used Command Gate for the first time five years ago and was so impressed with their gate system I chose them for the job again. Their gates are sophisticated and very professionally installed. They are definetly dominating the market right now for private entrances. I would highly recommend these guys for your new gates if you are considering getting one. Command Gate is our first recommendation if you are looking to increase the security of your rural property! My wife and I had a gate installed on our acreage, as well as on my mother's farm and brother's acreage. The staff at Command Gate is very professional and the customer service is great! Will defiantly be using their services in the future to protect our next home in the country!

Had such a great experience with Command Gate. Their employee Neil who helped us was very pleasant to deal with as well as the owner. They were willing to make what we needed work within our budget. We were also very impressed with how fast and professional they were installing our gate.

I Love my Command gate. Works perfect. Everybody helpful and informative. I installed a new fence this year and needed the swing adjusted. Fearing a service call and invoice I decided to drop by their office. They taught me how to properly adjust my gates. And helped me increase my remote control distance. Thank you to all the staff.

I was looking for a gate and I saw one off the highway In innifail and I called them and made An appointment to go see the gate I meet with nick and he showed me the gate even took me into there shop to see the production on the product I also added my company logos and with no problems. we crunched some number and was within my budget they set a date for installation June 23 due to the nature of weather in albeta it rain alotand they had to reschedule the rain stopped by Saturday I got from nick saying that they will ne here on Sunday June 26 that morning I got a call from Kelvin that they were on there way they showed up within 30 of call when they arrived I explained were I wanted the gate Sean had mentioned that were I wanted the gate wouldn't look good to the entrance he had suggested a few changes I accepted and yeah now I think about it and Sean had it bang on then the GG layer out were it was to be placed and Kalvin started digging and Sean was on the solar panel and electrical insulationThey were done in no time I had to leave while they finished up when I was heading back to my acreage Kelvin called me to let me know they were done.i was told to call Kalvin when I got home when I got home the gate was left open so I could get in I called kalvin he told me that he would come back to show me how it all works within 30 min he was here we went though everything.i must say I'm very proud of my gate thank you command gate and every one that made it possible
