They need to fix the handicap door,I've been asking since June 2018,today is dec 13th/18, the door is still not fixed, I'm handicap and the door is very very heavy,some of the staff help,but they need to fix it SOON

I went to buy sports action, they don’t know how to fill in anything, they aren’t trained properly. The people working there are hard working but I am hoping owner provides a little training to these people.

Receipt Printer has been out of order for more than a year on diesel pump. I don’t know if they never put paper in it or its broken. I spoke to cashier today and his attitude is like he doesn’t care !

The “owner” leaves fake low gas prices up on the “Gas Buddy” app to get customers flocking to this gas station, only for them to realize that the actually prices are significantly higher. I tried calling in to get the real prices before going in but that kept changing too. At first I asked for the price for mid grade gas and was told “147” then I asked for regular which was apparently also 147. Then I asked for premium which was 161. So I ask again for mid grade and then was told 167? So apparently mid grade is both cheaper and more expensive than premium. Something fishy’s going on

Good old gas station been there for years people are great

They are always out of receipt papers. We always have to go in side to get the receipt. Employees always show attitude when we ask for receipt. Very poor service

A Petro Canada gas station with a convenience store. Nothing really stands out from this gas station the price is competitive to other gas stations in the Lower Mainland. Always helps if you have and RBC credit card connected with Petro points then you can save $0.03 per liter!

I went inside this place and wanted to use the washroom before proceeding to get gas for my vehicle. As I tried to go to the washroom the door was locked; a female staff there stated to get the key from the front desk. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get a key to use the washroom. This inexperienced guy with a rude manner stated “the washroom is closed”, I replied “the staff lady said that to access the washroom I have to get the key from the front desk”, again with a rude and careless manner he stated “the washroom just got closed now”. This guy clearly showed he had no interest to deal with customers. And he didn’t even show interest to give a good explanation for why the washroom just got closed when I asked to use it. This guy certainly doesn’t care to see customers walk away happy and doesn’t care to even see that business do good. It appears his only reason to be there is to collect money per hour without any effort to put in the proper skills to serve customers. I just think if you’re in the customer service business, you should make customers needs a priority first, and with his kind of rude behaviour I don’t think that place will ever be worth going there as a customer again.
