Dr. Kate and staff have been amazing. My dog is petrified of going to the vet. Each time we have had to take him they have been kind and respectful of this. Office staff are super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about Dr. Kate. With Covid we have not been able to go in, however, she has kept us informed every step of the way. She explains things in a way that we can understand and make informed decisions on. Keep up the great work - you have a great team! Thank you for everything. Was very helpful in accomodating an emergency situation. Clearly spelled out the issues, and treatment options. Appreciated the truthfulness of the situation and the economical approach to options for care. Responded back to phone query on a timely basis.Was even concerned about getting Sam stressed with a return visit to the hospital!

Dr. Kate and the staff were so professional and compassionate with my older, not so, cooperative dog Tucker. It's very evident that they really care about the service and care they provide. All of the staff were very patient and explained everything to me. Thanks so much folks!

We recently had a very unprofessional and inappropriate consult with the owner of this business. We have previously had multiple appointments with visiting vets who worked with us to find a good solution for our pups issues. However Dr. Hoskins seemed to come into the room with a chip on her shoulder and was very short with us. When I asked her how often she did surgeries such as this one she became very agitated and told us she wouldn't do the surgery and said we could leave. We both felt she put her ego ahead of our dogs health and our concerns. It was all very unprofessional and honestly just rude. We are after all our animals advocates, they can't speak...We are just glad we didn't have her do the surgery as she didn't seem confident in her abilities to do so. Which we would have just appreciated her saying so rather than the experience we had.

Took my dog in for the first time for what I thought was a large cut on his head. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! everyone seemed genuinely concerned about his condition! Dr.kate explained exactly why and what she recommended very clearly and easy to understand! will definitely be back!10/10 woofs!

Dr. Kate and staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were kind enough to accommodate and help out my pup in a timely matter. I am so happy to have them in our community.

The vet and the staff here are amazing I brought my fur baby here in emergancy situation because I didnt like how my previous vet was acting with my dasey I didnt hear what I wanted to hear and unfortanatly we had to put dasey down but the vet was completely honest about her situation didnt hold back any info and didnt try to up sell me anything just went straight to facts and also gave his professional opinion on what I should do as well wich is what I needed to hear I really appreciated how we were treated there in a heart breaking time would highly recommend st Clair animal hospital. Thank you everyone there I again really appreciate you getting me in so quickly and just everything.
