Subway

been here once and will not be returning. the service that these ladies provide is unreal. cannot believe how rude they are. believe what myself and others are saying about this place, about the complete utter disrespect they show their customers. never again.

I don't usually review, but the service here was so bad that I had to write one! There's an old lady that works here. She's absolutely rude and didnt put enough toppings or sauce. She cut the bread to be 4 inches for a 6 inch sub! If you see her, she wears glasses and has a thick accent. Unbelievable!!

Staff are unfriendly and some of them frankly have a bad attitude. I had one staff member speak to me like she owned the place and seemed to think it was okay to talk down to me. Do you not realize that you are not the only subway around? I will easily take my money elsewhere. Staff like to talk in their own native tongue in front of customers. There were 3 bread selections at lunch.

i would give this store negative 5 star. this place does not deserve even 1 star. owner is very rude and really cheap! doesnt knw the customer service. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let’s start off with the food, the sub and cookies are very freshly made and delicious. Now let’s go to and talk about the horrible service provided to me. I was placing order with a coupon that says “buy one 6 inch and get another 6 inch for free with a purchase of a drink”. So I selected a large drink to get the deal and after I payed and got the large drink, the large drink was to excessive so I decided to change the drink to a medium and get my $0.50 back. The lady then started aggressively talking to me saying “I CANNOT GIVE YOU THE REFUND BECAUSE ITS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM” which really confused me because usually if i want to change my choice after i purchase it always works out perfectly but at this subway location got me confused. I then asked for her manager and she said “NOT HERE!”. Eventually I decided to forget about it and take the large drink so my food wont get cold. My conclusion is double check everything before you place your order.

The owners at this location are so bitter. When I come in with a coupon, they are so unpleasant and are more than happy to yell at you when you try to use the coupon on the Sub of the Day. I asked them to just charge me the regular price for that sub so I can use the coupon but they refused, told me to come back another day and that they have other customers to serve (essentially telling you to hurry up or leave). The food itself is fine but customer service is so lacking, I only go here because I work in the area otherwise I would avoid this location altogether.

I come to this Subway often. Super friendly staff. I just went to grab a sub here for lunch today, and I realized I had forgotten my wallet at work. The manager there is always super friendly and even though I asked him to just leave my sub aside and I'd run to the office to get my wallet and come back, he insisted that I not worry about it and just pay him next time. He was more concerned with making sure I ate lunch than paying him for the sub! So great of them.

Friendly staff, very clean, fresh bread and ingredients.

Terrible location. Save your hard earned money and go else where. Terrible attitude. The workers do not know how to make a decent sub.

Good location with fast service. A few of the servers can be a bit rude but that could be because of a possible language barrier. During the peak lunchtime hours the staff are generally quick to address the added volume.
