Earlier this week I had contacted Tapworks regarding a Toto toilet where I had the pleasure speaking with Ryan. At the end of our conversation where he answered all my questions in a courteous professional matter he was kind to hold one of these toilets in my name until I could pick it up on the Friday or Saturday.Today I was unexpectedly in the area and decided to purchase this toilet and add another one.Ryan provided great customer service! I will be a returning customer was worth driving 54kms.

Good quality stuff and helpful staff. Got a bathroom vanity here half off and a Riobel shower kit. One of the staff members also helped us select our bathroom tile when we brought in samples to check against the vanity. A bit far and pricy but you know you're getting good stuff.

Carlos and team have helped my wife and I with every bathroom and plumbing project at the house I recently built. They have helped us avoid costly mistakes anywhere from the planning stages, rough-in , to finishing, with very experienced, thoughtful advice.It is nice to be able to trust and partner with such an excellent supplier.

Horrible experience especially with the kitchen designer. She was extremely condescending. Wasn’t even offered to sit down and look at other products. She just assumed I couldn’t afford there things in all areas. Was judged based on my looks and age. Extremely disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Plumbing and parts in Whitby was amazing to deal with and better pricing better!!

Brent and Carlos really took care of me for my newly built 4 washroom's all materials. I find their pricing is much better than any other store and they care for their customer very much. They provided me extra amount of time to select the right products and I saved lot of money by their suggestions. They took my projects as their own project.I'll suggest everyone to shop at this friendly plumbing supply store.

Carlos and team were fantastic. During the pandemic, Carlos was able to guide us through the process of listening to our requirements, adjusting them where needed, helping us through the selecting process, and arranging for delivery. Carlos and team made themselves available whenever I had a question and if I had to alter something I ordered due to change in construction, Carlos was accommodating to get us something to fit our needs and get it in on time.I have used the Tapworks team for another renovation project at another home but for the size of this project, I couldn't have asked for a better partner for the job. You don't have to think twice about using Tapworks for your reno needs. Thanks Carlos!

We LOVE this place. Staff are very knowledgeable and their selection is expansive. I find their prices to be comparable to the big box stores. We've done several renovations over the years and use this place exclusively for our bathroom items b/c they know what they are talking about.

Myself and my spouse came in to look at some plumbing solutions in order to remodel our bathrooms in our residence. All three employees that were there didn't even take the time nor the opportunity to greet us nor help us upon arrival when we walked in the showroom. There was a lady at her desk who didn't even look up. Another lady saw us sat down at her desk and continued working. A third male employee saw us, but never acknowledged us. So we walked out. I guess business must be amazing for this company that no one acknowledged our presence nor was interested if we were going to spend money there or not. Will not recommend.

A Par-Excellence job done in my bathroom with a speedy, honest, reliable and competitive rate. I know they were busy, but I was not acknowledged for over 5 minutes and when an employee was asked to talk to me I was made to wait an additional 10-15 minutes while he finished wrapping g a package rather than allowing me any attention. Not impressed. In the end after approximately 20 minutes they didn't have what I wanted in stock. A simple question that could have been answered quickly and not wasting my time. Will not return
