We bought a Jamar bed and a Durham dresser and we absolutely love them! It took some time to arrive at JCPerreault but it is not their fault. Under these conditions that we are living in, patience is definitely the word for everything we buy. Our representative Diane was always professional and helpful. They definitely have a great customer service. I would also like to acknowledge how professional and meticulous the delivery men were in installing our bed. I would not hesitate in buying another item at JCPerreault.

As a designer, it is important for me to build strong relationships with my vendors. I have worked with JC Perreault for several years now, assisting my clients in finding the best appliances for their budget. The team in the appliances department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and the after sales service (which to me is as important as pre-sales) is like no other appliance store.

Alexandre Courcy is the best appliance salesman around. His attention to detail, swiftness to respond and friendliness are unparalelled. Love working with him.

It was a very nice experience shopping with Mike. Thanks to his advices and personal shopping experience. The stuff is very nice right there and sometime pricy. I recommand if you would like to shop your future sofa or armchair

Horrible customer service. I have bought many lovely pieces from them over the years but will never return over very poor service over a $55.00 pillow.if they treat you so poorly over only $550.. imagine how you will be treated over a problem with a mor expensive piece.In the summer I called and updated our purchase of two chairs and one pillow to make it two pillows. I paid for two and only received one in my delivery. They insisted I had two. I did not.It has taken nearly six months to solve this though I use the word solve very loosely. After numerous calls and a lot of excuses they finally said they would refund me the money. The cushion cost $55.. plus tax. I received 37.00. Why not the full amount? Don’t know for sure but will once again be calling them. I am sure that once again I will be getting lame excuses.Poor ,Poor customer service. Too lose a customer that has spent thousands over the years over $55 is extremely poor management.

I have been dealing with JC Perreault for over 10 years. Dario Marinic is a true professional when it comes to appliances. He really know his stuff. He has met with dozens of my clients and I have always had a great feed back. Even after sales he is extremely helpful. As an Interior Designer it is important for me to be able to specify great products but it is more important to have the service from knowledgeable people. and Dario is my go too when it come to Appliances, I highly recommend JC Perreault and Dario Marinic

INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM RANIA !!! If you’re going to the Kirkland store ONLY ask for Rania. She is the only sales person there that cares. She takes the time to show you different options within your price point, helps you make the proper decisions but most importantly is HONEST !!! Shopping at JC Perreault continues to inspire us. We just replaced our 25 year-old built in ovens with new Miele ovens and benefited from great service and advice from Alexandre Courcy. He did extra research to find us models that would fit within the existing cavity and ensured that we had all the specifications to give to the electrician prior to delivery of the appliances. Great service! Great products! Great experience!

Dario helped me select the appliances for my condo back in 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of selecting my appliances and was more than thrilled with them (KitchenAid). I am now in the process of building a house, and I immediately went to Dario for help selecting the new appliances. It will be my first time with a gas range and integrated hood - We ended up choosing Bertazzoni - and Dario’s expertise has me feeling confident in my choices, and I couldn’t he more excited with my selection! Dario clearly explains all of the differences between the different brands and models within each brand, and explained their pros and cons. Dario is extremely knowledgable and has exquisite taste - i highly recommend consulting with Dario for any and all appliances!
