My husband & I are seniors & both of us are not able to properly clean anymore, so we decided to check out a cleaning company. We are so glad we did! Mandee was our cleaner & OMG she did such an amazing job!! She was so professional & paid attention to details. Our house has never been this clean in years! We will definitely be having her come two times a month from now on. We are so pleased!!

Disappointing experience. I was really excited to have my house cleaned by someone other than me for the first time.The technician arrived late. We asked for a deep clean and received an okay light clean. Several spots were missed. Kitchen sink was left dirty and uncleaned… and there was a pile of dirt on the floor in the kitchen.It was still a decent clean and I paid for the service in full. After very kindly notifying the company via email of my complaints, accompanied with photos, I didn’t get a response.I later received an email asking how the service was and if I’d like to rebook.I resent the run down of missed areas and and photos and no response came through. I tried emailing a few times afterwards and never heard back again. :(The company says ‘satisfaction guaranteed’ and I was simply hoping to have a cleaner return for another clean. Or maybe there was a miscommunication.Anyways, it was disappointing and I will have to find another company. Shame on me for paying right away I guess.

Megan was great. Very friendly, very efficient. My walls and doors are finally clean. Megan was able to remove writing done with red marker, from one of my walls, that I've tried to remove many times before unsuccessfully. The floors also, Perfect! I am very pleased with the work done in my home.

KM Cleaners THE WORST Find a different company that wont leave your home messy and over charge you for their rushed work. they do no care after they receive your money... SIMPLY FIND ANOTHER CLEANING COMPANY.

Kerri got back to me very quickly and was very responsive to my texts. She is very pleasant and answered all my questions Brianna did an amazing job cleaning our home. It’s feels brand new. So glad I came across KM Cleaning Plus.
