We bought a house with a pool this year. However, when the cover was removed it was a total cesspool. Valley Pools & Spas brought our pool back to life and we were able to enjoy it before the summer ended. They talked with me and my husband about options that would be cost effective and taught us how to maintain the pool efficiently. The work was done in one day. The crew was on time and the customer service was top notch. Many thanks Valley Pools & Spas.

Done with these guys 1) RUDE 2) way overpriced chemicals: Chlorine 45% more than the guy 7 miles away for a case of juice 3) 1st and only time here this year. The help is rude, condescending, and not helpful. Run away from this place and run fast.

I’ve purchase my pool chemicals here for years and have always received great customer service. Today I needed to purchase a sand filter and pump. The whole process went smoothly. All my questions were answered completely. Best of all, it was in stock, so no wait. I can possibly have a clean pool by next week’s 90° temps. The teenager thanks you. The items were not easily loaded into my car and I am very thankful for the two men’s patience and out of the box thinking to figure out how to load it.Only negative thing is I wish they did pool repairs on above ground pools. I’m not letting this affect my rating, because I haven’t been able to find one pool store that will do above ground pool repair work. Therefore, there’s probably a very good reason.

We have our first pool and not only do they carry everything one needs to maintain it, they offer water testing as well! We brought in a sample, they tested it and talked us through the results. After that, the guy grabbed the chemicals, explained how to add them and how long after adding each one before it was safe to swim. He even told us about testing schedule and how to make maintaining easier, including things we could do to help extend the life of our pool! We walked away feeling confident, it was amazing!!

Honestly it’s just amazing when someone calls you back these days. Thanks for the prompt return of phone call and some good troubleshooting tips over the phone for my spa.

After working with Christi over several visits we elected to purchase a new spa. She was up front and honest about timing, etc. and overall we are pleased with our experience so far. Will update review upon delivery and set up if needed, but I anticipate no issues based on our interactions to date.

Valley pools is great. John cihunka is amazing. Very responsive.. however, the people at front counter in store are borderline worthless... Costing them lots of money!

This company is not very responsive disorganized and has excuses every time as to why they cannot do things in a timely manner. I have had multiple issues now with them…. The pool maintenance guys came out never did much, threw test strips in my yard instead of the garbage. I will never use this service again.
