Best bakery in the Fraser Valley by far. Gluten-free and regular wheat options all taste incredible depending on preference (sweetness level / savoury options) They've got amazing staff. I can't say enough good things about this place, I recommend it to everyone!!

As a Celiac, I had high hopes for this bakery. However, they have gluten free products labelled but later found out that they were cross contaminated with the regular" kitchen. The frozen pizzas say gluten free but are not guaranteed GF? Please do better as this can cause serious problems for someone who is highly sensitive to gluten."

I’ve ordered marble cake with white chocolate filling for my son’s 2nd birthday. Would say its the best vegan cake i’ve ever had.

Not very happy... I was so excited to have some gluten free goodies and was told that there is cross contamination for all the gluten free options. That is not gluten free then. a lot of people who have serious gluten allergies / celiac cont not have cross contamination so what is the point of having gluten free options that aren't actually gluten free. I'm sorry but very disappointing from Sprouted Oven.

Came for the bread; stayed for the baking.I've been here a few times now, and never been disappointed. I'm so thankful for the variety in take-away gluten-free menu items -- muffins, scones, squares, cookies -- that Sprouted Oven offers, all of it so tasty. Will definitely be coming back to shop... and to linger with a tasty snack. :)

In times past I would have rated this joint a solid 4 or 5 stars. What killed this place in a massive way for me came about as a result of my sunflower seed addiction. You see, I used to power back several of the smaller pre-packed bulk bags of their sunflower seeds. You can imagine my delight when I learned I could purchase a humongous bag of the same seeds. You can also imagine my disappointment when I read on that massive bag that they were sourced from CHINA!! That was a real game-changer for me. I looked on the small bags if they listed the source, and found that they do not. I asked an employee if the small bags contain the same seeds as found in the big bags- they confirmed my fears. I looked at the source country of all the bulk items I could and discovered that some other items were sourced from China.Honestly, I would rather eat local non-organic ingredients than eat 'Organic' from countries that focus strictly on output and have little to no oversight or regulation. Big, big letdown from a business that I once frequented. No thanks.Credit where it's due - I love the manager (and other staff is nice). Delicious baked goods. Day-old bread discounts. Etc. Lots to love about the place. I just can't look at it the same anymore.

The shop offers a wide variety of vegan, plant based and gluten free options. I especially enjoy their bakery section as you know that they’re all safe for vegans and they have an assortment of gluten free options too. The only issue I find is that sometimes their prices are higher on ordinary products in the grocery section compared to other grocery places.

The cake was beautiful and our family enjoyed it! Highly recommend this bakery.

Absolutely fantastic food. Everything here is vegan. I'm not really into vegan food, but this is awesome! We had a pizza and a Caramel gooey square and they were both unbelievably good.Absolutely would eat here again!
