We worked with Mathan Markandu in the spring of 2017 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been happier! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Mathan's incredible work. Mathan brought in a fabulous photographer/videographer to showcase our home online, which created much traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. His marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! We received multiple offers, and ended up selling our house $ 200,000.00 over the asking price. Mathan is a true professional and knows the real estate market very well. When it comes to doing business with him, he is all about his client and will go above and beyond to make his client happy while maintaining ethics. I found Mathan through and Instagram advertisement to buy my current house. Since then, he has helped me with few other properties. Overall, I would give Mathan 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
