I live in Saskatoon, it's absolutely inappropriate how they treat aboriginal cultured people, the customer service is very pathetic, they are ignorant Rude and lack of respect for our Nationality.I seen this white lady get served she bought 2 meters of $10 material, the service she received like she was a queen, and then aboriginal woman was after her in line, the woman obviously was buying $4 - $5 hundred worth and was so disrespected with her service.Like come on Fabric Land, your not selling gold, it's FABRIC!!..THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO GET THEIR JUDGMENT OUT OF THEIR IGNORANCE!!! PATHETIC PLACE!!SASKATOON ON PRESTON AVE!

This place is unmanaged, filthy, staffs were really cold, bad costumer service, stuffs were on the floor, and they were expensive ☹️

Good prices, I’ve dealt with a couple good ladies in the store, however some are not helpful in the ways you need. Asked where something was and all the lady did was point in a direction so I tried to go find it. Came back to ask for it again bc I was confused and the lady said “I already told you where it was.” We walked over and she was trying to convince me to buy the whole fabric and said “it’s just $25” in a sassy tone but I insisted I only needed 8in. Think she was having an off day but her service was not helpful and brought my mood down when leaving bc I was trying to be friendly and cheery so she would feel less moody. Its not the first time I have experienced bare minimum service before. The least you could do is give the same energy back a customer gives to you but since I was nice about everything it was an upsetting experience. I would suggest walking over w the customer so they find what they need right away, asked what they need cut and if they don’t know, just say “cool I’ll be over here if you need” and leave it at that. there wasn’t any need to be annoyed when someone asks for basic help

I was at the store today and was very disappointed in the service. I asked one sales person several times for help, and she just waved me over to an area, giving me a vague explanation and went back to the clearly more important conversation she was having with her friends. Finally another person helped me, who was actually very helpful. So there is that. But seriously, shame on that sales person. Are you there to work or chat?

Good choise of fabrics... deals u find here are very good and good discount for the members... I bought the curtain fabric from here and sew the curtains myself for a party at my home.. the pics that I sent here are of those curtains.

I really appreciate their standards and adhering to the guidelines during these unprecedented times. They required a face covering shortly after the pandemic started and were among the first to enforce it.This time I had excellent customer service and they helped me get the right kind of fabric I needed. I also totally impulse bought a beautiful fabric that I fell in love with... No clue what I'm going to make with it!

The selection is great, but the customer service is very lacking. There were 5 of us waiting in line to pay and it didn't seem like there was any sense of urgency on the cashier's (or other staff's) part to try and make things move along.Cashier didn't even say hello or acknowledge people who came to the till, just rang them in and said their total.I really could have used a hand finding what I was looking for, but they're was no one available to assist.In all, a great place to go if you know exactly what you want and you have time to waste.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with Kristin today. She is amazing at her job. I had a toddler and a preschooler with me and she helped me wrangle them while at the same time cutting my fabric and showing me the best deals in the store. What a gem. It probably wasn’t a big deal to her, but her kindness with my children meant a lot to me.
