Had a great, weeks-long experience with Harmanpreet and the rest of the staff here.He was thoughtful, careful, and effective with his advice and physical therapy. I was back to normal and on my feet again much sooner than I had expected. Would highly recommend and go back again (but hopefully won’t need to!)

Absolutely dissapointed with this clinic! I am a competitive martial artist and used to get physiotherapy treatment by Doctor Amira whenever I had an injury and she was always very professional and courteous.Doctor Amira no longer works there!Today I had a physiotherapist appointment with Tamer Soliman scheduled for 4:30pm.I arrived at 4:20pm, filled in a small questionnaire and waited and waited, a lady walked in after me and said she had an appointment at 5pm.The incompetent receptionist decided she would let the lady with the 5pm appointment go in to see the physiotherapist before me, who had been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point.I was then put in an assessment room to wait even longer while the lady got her treatment before me. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to leave feeling very disrespected. The useless receptionist did not even offer an apology, just decided she was going to call the physiotherapist at last to inform him of the situation.Will never use any Pro Physio clinic in the Outaouais area ever again.

I am glad that during the COVID 19 lockdown, Dr Mina was able to continue my physio tough video appointments. The sevice is very professional and is conducted in a timely manner. He puts his patients first.

My physiotherapist Harman is caring and attentive. If their reception doesn’t pick up when you call, just leave a message and they’ll call you back.

Was a client but haven't been since covid started. I wanted to resume treatment...Left 2 voicemails...no callback. Then went in person 3 times during work hours and no one was there. I gave up and will be going somewhere else.

Very professional and great service from the physiotherapist who is gentle, takes his time and tries hard to help in recovery. The receptionist is also super personable and hands-on which is awesome! Will continue using their physio services to help heal myself.

After 5 major surgeries following an infection in my left leg I was sent to Physio by my family doctor. I worked with Tamer and his team for several months and couldn’t be happier with the care I received during that time! What a wonderful way to quite literally “get back on my feet”!

Amazing front desk service. Ask for the physiotherapist, Tamer. He takes his time to get to know his patients and helps resolve the issue. He is very honest and down to earth! The assistant, Saima, is super kind and friendly!
