Great selection of high quality shoes. I always find the trendiest shoes there as well as classic styles that will never go out of style. Lots of different brands to choose from. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I don't feel pressured to buy when I go there. They make spending money feel good.

Have had success finding high quality shoes at great sale pricing. The location is great for downtown. The staff is adequate, not overly helpful...It is important to note their return policy. I find that it is very outdated. They post the return policy at the front checkout and point it out casually as you are about to make your purchase. Buyer beware it is exchange or in store credit only, no returns.

Due to the pandemic, we are not making our usual occasional trips to Victoria from Salt Spring, so I wondered how to replace my Haflinger clog slippers that had worn out. Went to their website and saw they did online sales. In no time I had my replacements (and a nice thank you card). Glad to support (almost) local shops.

While they didn't have the shoes I was looking for, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to the point of directing me to another store that might be a better fit. That dedication and selflessness alone earns them a 4* review!

Such a wonderful store with many beautiful shoes. They also have a nice selection of shoes on sale at the back of the store and on either side of the front door. Worth checking if there's something in your size.

I have worked in retail and love to support independent business, but I will never set FOOT in FOOTLOOSE again. I was so disappointed with this store; their policies and in particular staff apathy.Given a gift of glerups, in the wrong size. They didn't have my size and would not have them until maybe next fall. No refund to the gift giver. A gift card for me.I didn't have time to try anything on at the time but when I did return was told there was a limit on how many pairs of shoes I could try on!!!! Seriously!! The store was not busy. The staff were passive aggressive and didn't seem to see me as a customer given they already had the money. What a horrible feeling to have to try to find something so that I would not have to come back again.

Local shop, excellent service, easy to navigate website, many unique and quality options, fast delivery (as in less than two days which was perfect as I was traveling to Europe in a matter of days - (Vic to Van)), product was on point and a beautiful hand written card to thank me for my business. Will definitely purchase from Footloose again. Happy customer and PUMPED to be able to support a smaller BC store! Love from Vancouver <3
