I highly recommend Chantico. Samantha, our sales coordinator, was excellent to deal with. Scheduling of the install by Connie was great. Both Samantha and Connie were very responsive throughout the process. The installation team and mason who completed the work were also wonderful. They worked longer days to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner and improvised to allow for the unit we wanted to be installed as it otherwise would not have fit within the existing fireplace surround. The finished product looks great!

I can't say enough great things about our fireplace purchasing experience with Sam and Chantico! We bought the stunning STUV 125, and though we are not yet in our cabin, the process, the installation, the communication and the support has been top notch! I didn't have a big budget for this project, so I was a little hesitant to approach Chantico, assuming they only did massive fireplaces for monster homes. I just wanted a simple, old-school wood-burning fireplace. Paulina was super helpful, and 6 weeks later, I now have a WETT Certified working fireplace! The Chantico installers came with a lot of stuff... filling my entire back room with tools of the trade, tables, and drop cloths. Considering they went through the roof and worked for two days, they didn't leave a speck of dust or dirt. The installer Jamie was friendly and informative and nice to have around. I love trades who don't need a boom box. :) He answered all my dumb questions and walked me through next steps about the surround. All-in-all, It was a great experience with no surprises or budget bombs.

Chantico was recommended by a family friend. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't even sure that our family wanted to upgrade to a gas fireplace. After a lot of questions, and a lot of patience from Paulina, the sales rep, we decided to update our fireplace. We absolutely love it! I was worried since I had to reschedule 2 times that they would loose faith in me, but they worked with me. They were neat, courteous, and professional. The job was done beautifully. We are so happy with the new fireplace. I have recommended this company with friends and strangers alike. Highly recommend for jobs large or small.

I purchased an enerzone 2.3 woodstove from Sam and have recently been putting it to the test. I have to say that I'm extremely impressed and it is by far the best woodstove I have operated!
