The Bancroft Gemboree has been a fun event for many years. A fun family day for learning about rocks and minerals.Unfortunately, the QUALITY of the ready-made jewelry has deteriorated. We have attended this show for thirty years. We will not be returning next year.

We were there to see the rockhound Gymboree mineral show.. Was fantastic this is my seventh year going.. And for the last two years we've been at the Bancroft Campground and they are wonderful there

I went to check out the end of July, yearly mineral gemboree. Even if rocks aren't your thing, you're sure to find something interesting there. I highly recommend it! Also, don't be afraid to haggle a bit, most vendors will give you deals.
