Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Please don’t consider renting a car from this company… I rented a car for just 3 days and the amount debited from my account was 4 times the original amount. At the counter the person said it was a security amount of 300 and that will be credited back to the account after the car has been returned. But what they didn’t even mention was many hidden charges per day. And i end up paying the 300 dollars that should have been returned to me as it was said in the counter. And no prior mentions about this was said at the counter. Very bad experience from this company and poor customer service.

My wife arranged a car rental in advance. They told her they didn't have one when she showed up. Can't make that up. 0/10.

If Google Reviews had a zero rating, that is what I would give Enterprise. I booked a seven seater vehicle in advance with Enterprise. The day I arrived to pick it, they didn’t have the car! They offered me a five seater instead, which I don’t need because I needed a SEVEN SEATER. If I were to cancel it, they would have charged me a cancellation fee, but where is their cancellation fee when they cancel on me? This is unacceptable as they delayed my travel plans.

I made a reservation at this location using the enterprise app and availability shown on the app upon arriving and then when checking in, I was told they had no vehicle to provide. Wasted my time standing in line for 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked an intermediate car, signed everything and then was handed the keys to a compact. When we questioned why, we were told that everything else was gone. We booked an intermediate car for a reason but as it was late as night there was nothing we could do. I called the next morning and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I had to call back again on the last day of the rental and they said they would charge us for a compact instead of an intermediate. When we get to the airport, no one is at the counter. We call the number on the sign and they say to just drop the keys and they will email us the receipt. Now, 5 days later, no receipt and I see that they OVERCHARGED my credit card. So not only did they not adjust the price down, they charged us more. I am now going through a dispute process with Costco Travel. Have rented many cars over the years and never experienced such incompetence and unwillingness to make it right.

Rented a car for 7 days. It ended up snowing the second day I had the car. It did not have appropriate tires. I returned the car 4 days early due to not being able to drive it. Called and was told I would receive a refund within 48 hours to my card for returning it early. By the 7th day, I still had not seen a refund. Went to Enterprise and told them. Then story changes to I need to dispute it with my credit card, nothing they can do. I called my credit card company, they contacted Enterprise in Regina Airport and they are indeed in control of the refund and are disputing it. I drove the car a total of about 30 minutes and it cost me $400. Do not believe what these people tell you, they are crooks and liars.

I give 5 stars for customer service. Our flight was delayed numerous times. I was thinking my family would have to stay in the regina airport all night. I was really surprised Enterprise stayed open after closing time. Thanks!BTW the car was pretty good too!

I had good experience with enterprise when I was in Toronto and I even have their carshare membership. When I booked at the airport, i was bit optimistic. I booked for two days from april 18-19 and I was told the car windshield has small crack. I saw the crack and it was right infront of driver’s view and it was bigger than they told me. I just took the car not thinking too much but later i realized i could have got tickets for this. When i returned my car on 19th i told her about windshield and she apologized for that. I not giving 1 star for this incident, im giving it coz they called and emailed me on 23rd for not returning the car! It’s so unprofessional not to check the parking lot and make sure with other staffs before u blame someone for not returning car. I called and even emailed but they don’t have the decency to apologize for their error. The person who emailed me was Preet patel and i want to say do a better job!
