J'aurais donné 5 étoiles pour le merveilleux service que j'ai reçu par le opticien. Malheureusement, je donne 3 étoiles, car j'ai reçu un très mauvais service à la clientèle par une réceptionniste. Cette réceptionniste n'écoutait pas, elle avait juste hâte de raccrocher. Alors que dans le rôle dune réceptionniste, c'est d'être à l'écoute du client et offrir un très bon service à la clientèle! Bref, si t'aimes pas ta job, juste va travailler ailleurs et donne la place à quelqu'un qui le mérite! Tu salis la réputation de cette firme.

This Is a great Place to go to, the nurses were friendly, and because I dont have a medical card, a lot of the Clinic dont accept it, but they welcomed me. Because my situation was a little bit urgent, they booked an appointement for me for me fastly, the appointement was just 1 hour from the time I called them. The doctor has a great sense of humor and they solved my problemes fastly. I hardly recommend you to go visite this Place when you have a eye problem and when you want to change your glasses or contact lenses.

I had an eye exam with Dr Leblond who was wonderful and had all my tests done by the assistants and they were great too I highly recommend this place

Very friendly place, first the reception lady such a sweet ♥️, very helpful, give me very clear information, very professional. The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable, explained my eyes problem very details, he is also very friendly. I am blessed to met those nice helpful people when I have a lot of personal problems. I recommend this place. You need an appointment before go there.

C’est toujours un plaisir de venir voir le Dr. Breton. J’étais toujours très anxieuse face à mes examens de la vue étant donné ma myopie élevée , mais Dr. Breton a pris le temps de m’expliquer chaque étape.Excellente approche patient.C’est rafraîchissant d’être servie par une équipe très professionnelle et passionnée.Je recommande la clinique à tous !

Dr Boily is a fantastic optometrist and I got great service with the optician. Highly recommend!

We went for an advanced exam for my aunt, the doctor mentionned no glucoma . When we asked for explanation the doctor asked us if we know about google and to google search the word. I find this not respectful at all. I don’t recommend anyone to go for testing at this place!

Le service est impeccable, le personnel toujours souriant.Les rendez-vous sont respectés ce qui n’est pas le cas à d’autres endroits.La docteur Laurence Boily m’a été de bon conseil. Elle est très professionnelle. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

I would give Zero starts if I could. Came here for hard contact lenses. Very french staff who did not speak a work of english, and i tried to speak french but they were very rude nonetheless. This is solely a business, they do not care about you and they guarantee hard contact lenses for at least 2 years but if something happens they do not replace them even though they cost 1000$. Guaranteed the next price for a new pair would be cheaper (400$ total) but told me it would be 600$ after they wouldn’t replace mine that broke after 1 year. I complained about the price (because i was lied to) and Mr Breton literally told me that he needs to make his commission so that is the price and if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else! I went to the Opti reseau in Laval to order after I was so disappointed in this place, and the one in samson wouldn’t aend me files over. Eventually after a lot of calls they did, but wouldn’t allow this clinic to order my contacts because they wanted me to buy them there. So stubborn, so horrible! Never received worse service and nice never been anywhere that made me feel so little and unimportant! Never again!

Poor selection of frames and overpriced, but the optometrist - dr Boily is really really good
