The pharmacy never picks up the phone. so frustrating. Please fixed this problem. i have been on hold for the pass 45 minute now.

Nice place to get lot of stuff I mostly go there for prescription drugs

Marvin is thee best pharmacist ever. Everyone I’ve spoken with always comments how much he genuinely cares for his patients, customers and staff. The store could use a makeover because it’s older and a bit small however the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Marvin, for your hard work and dedication and giving it 100% even on your days off.

Decent store. It's relatively small compared to regular SDMs, so one may not find a few things. We went for a quick trip. In and out in no time.The staff was nice. Parking is shared with other businesses of the plaza.

This is strictly the pharmacy. I’ve filled my prescriptions here the past 2 years. Service is awful. No distinction between the drop off and pick up line & the wait is ridiculous. Severally short staffed & no organization. I moved my file to the Grand Park location after MARVIN popped his head over the counter to tell me to Be patient. I’ve been patient since the pandemic pal. Today I picked up at Grand park. I got 90 days worth as opposed to the 30 days monthly supply that I’ve been charged $13.00 each month I pick up with with benefits. That’s $39 for 3 refills. I paid $15.60 at Grand Park for 3 months worth. This Iona Shoppers is primarily SENIORS. Keep taking advantage of their pension & benefits by not using your noodle to give me 3 months worth to make MY LIFE easier & ripping me off to boot. Move your prescriptions people. Marvin cares about the $$$$ not the customer service whatsoever.The rest of the place is lovely. The pharmacy is unacceptable & money motivated. Thanks for nothing Marvin.

Marvin is the best pharmacist. He really cares for his customer’s. He explains very well and prescribe you the best you need.

The pharmacy won’t answer their phone, and the automated system tries to connect my call every minute. When it fails to do so it puts me on hold again. This is happening in a continuous loop.

I was looking for a specific product what was out of stock. The lady in the cosmetic department took the time to locate the product for a pick up. Her service, patience and care provided on the phone and face to face was appreciated!

Always great deals,sales and chances to earn more points. I always find something I like. Maria and Judy are such nice ladies and work hard. The ladies at the makeup counter are very nice too. The pharmacy is busy but they try hard to keep things moving smoothly. Ean store, well stocked.There's a variety of snacks and drinks and plenty of sales too.
