Superior Edge Painting

Very unprofessional !!I asked for a quote from Michelle and she quoted me wrong and then when I clarified she basically ignored me and her last message to me implied that she wasn't going to be offering her services.She quoted me $800 for painting a 2-3 inch edge and a 2 inch patio door.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life, but none quite like Michelle at 'Superior Edge'. She visited my home two weeks ago, quoted the project, and was supposed to start two days ago. She let us know that she was a day behind on another project and our project would be delayed. No problem. My wife and newborn son packed up for the week so Michelle and her team could have the house to themselves to paint and at 230pm the day they were supposed to start she emailed and bailed, citing that her ladder wasn't tall enough to do the job. After struggling to get ahold of her until 9pm that day, she said that she 'exhausted her resources' and couldn't get a bigger ladder. One google search and phone call and I had a ladder lined up for the next day. I told her I would cover the rental cost and after hours of trying to get ahold of her, she still bailed. Now all my furniture is pushed in the center of the room, my curtains/brackets are down, everything off the walls of my entire main floor, and my family is gone for the week, and she walks away without a care in the world. DO NOT use this company. So unprofessional.
