I reached out to the for a used truck that they listed on kijiji and their websites. In good faith, we closed the deal without ever seeing the truck. Once we received the truck, it has 125,000 KMs more than what they advertised it as. We sort of made some deal after they tried to play down the issue. Then, we took the truck for registration and it was discovered that the safety has incorrect VIN number. They bring the corrected safety but then again they have the wrong sticker. I can't believe the level incompetency that I saw for a simple transaction. Thanks,

I was selling my step deck to maxim and going to rent a reefer till my new spread axle reefer I was going to order would come in. Waited three weeks and never got paid. Maxim likes their accounts paid on time but have problems paying their own bills. Will be dealing in USA in future. Went and got my trailer back. Think twice if doing buisness here and dot your (i) and cross your (t) and do your homework first so you don't suffer like I did. I wonder if anyone has ever bought a trailer from Maxim and pulled it for 3 weeks before paying for it.

I had not good experience initially but david, working as a service manager is very helpful and he assured me everything will be working fine. He is nice guy , if you are also having issues with not getting positive, talk to him. He will definitely help you.

I like this place. When you walk in the place is clean signage is easy to follow. They are one of the few places that sell transmission oil for an Allison transmission. The service guys are willing to serve you and don't seem to have an attitude like some places. I didn't give 5 stars because I thought the prices where a little high but I also don't have an account. I think that would make a difference but I don't buy enough for an account

Possible drunk driver in company vehicle. At the least distracted driving / dangerous / inattentive.MB Plate # CPD 081 Ford F150 4 door with full Maxim Truck and Trailer window decals and body vinyl / paint. Nothing like proudly representing their company while reckless driving.North bound Hwy #7 to Stony Mountain. Swerved back to dotted line on left while turning right. Not signaling. Then signaled after he turned. Touching both middle line and curb side line. Going over the middle line. Also driving with a hitch installed while not towing. Might be uploading dash cam footage to YouTube and if I do will be sure to tag company and plate number. Hopefully their work is better quality and of higher professionalism than their driving. Stay classy.
