3 months and tool not fixed never returned calls inquiring about repair, super unprofessional establishment, so much junk cluttered in storefront single file to counter had to step back out the door for someone else to get out

Brought my hammer drill in for a chuck repair, asked for an estimate and they ended up replacing the chick without telling me a cost, then proceeded to lose the drill before I could pick it up and tried to swap it out with someone else's. The process has been over a year now, and was told they ordered me a new one a month ago, but never answers calls.10/10 would not recommend and will never use their services again.

Alex & Corey were the gentlemen which came. They were very pleasant and explained in detail what had happened. Even took the model number in case I had additional problems with my washer. Strongly recommend them to anyone!

Waiting over 6 months for a circular saw repair. Doesn’t answer the phone, go there on the very minimal open business hours and the door is locked. I would just like my saw back even without it being fixed so I can take elsewhere. Not sure how this is a Milwaukee service center or even an open business.

Yeah unfortunately dropped off my tool 2 months ago and now cannot get ahold of anyone.

Fixed some small electronics for our small business extremely quickly and we haven't had a problem for over a year. Great work ethic and friendly staff.

I sent a Ryobi saw to them for warranty. I called them several time almost every time they called me back even if they didn't answer by the time. it took time but he explained the reason was they wanted to test it with another same saw to make sure if the noise of both repaired and new one is same. I think was reasonable.

I worked for another company - Quality Appliances Repair.Every company in the world is better than them!(even companies associated with Dr. Faucci)

Update: Horrible service. Waiting 5+ months for my circular saw, and owner refused to contact me! Avoid this business!!!(Good news is I went to Ryobi online and made several service incidents, and they apologized for the bad service in Windsor, and eventually sent me a brand new saw! A warranty is a warranty.)This is a certified repair shop for Ryobi, and I was made to wait nearly 6 months without a phone call or email. I had to phone Ryobi directly to find out where my tool went.I'm okay with a wait if there's communication, but the shop's phone box is full, and my emails were ignored. I was forced to drive to the shop just to be told he couldn't find my saw.Horrible service from this business. If you're having the same issue, call Ryobi and file a complaint. I hope you have a better experience than me, but dont give up! I eventually was given a new saw.
