Dashing Nails & Spa Okotoks

Positives: my nails do look very niceNegatives: ripped off my previous acrylics by using a tip which caused my thumb nail to be ripped and bleed.Not very professional, talking to each other the whole time & not to the clients. When a client comes in it took an awkwardly long time for anyone to greet them.I did ask for a fairly detailed design on each nail & I had acrylic from a previous set that had to be soaked off, which seemed to frustrate the nail tech. I ended up having to leave for an appointment after 2 hours and come back later to have them finished. The other clients had nail oil applied to their nails after their service. My tech got up and stood behind the counter and told me I was done when my light turned off.Just not a great atmosphere. I would rather have spent my money somewhere where I felt welcomed. I believe that the experience of getting your nails done is more than just how they look when you leave, customer service is very important. Sorry but there are many other salons in okotoks that provide a nicer experience

I came here for an acrylic fill and I have never loved my nails more! Elly did a fantastic job. They were busy but I didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back!

Decent place with good phone etiquette. Massage chairs need a HUGE upgrade asap. Otherwise great place. Warmer water for pedis as well would improve rating.

All of these ladies are great and I have been going to them for all my needs. I have been seeing them for more than 3 years and have never been disappointed. Lots of fun! Great service! Always accommodating.

Got my nails done two days ago and they have chipped immensely. The painting on the nails is poorly done. She did not paint over the sides enough. I had three girls who had to come paint my nails. One girl was making a call on speaker phone while doing the design on my nail. The design is not what I had asked for. Very unprofessional and poorly done.

Dashing Nails is always consistently great! They have a massive selection of colour choices and always check you’re happy with your nails. Highly recommend :)

Been comming here for a few years. Usually always good. I had a horrible experience and will never go back. The nail tech was intentionally rough and charged me extra for her tip. I alway tip and felt like they do not want my business. I will Never go back. And very rude to not speak any English. When We all know they are taking about all of us in their language. My money will be better going somewhere else . I have better salons that give better respectable service.
