Bought a guitar from overseas and it had a few issues.These guys came highly recommended for setups and lived up to their reputation. If I need another setup done on a guitar I'll be going back again. They can seem a little odd socially but so am I so whatever

To be honest I was very happy with this music store! I was greeted very nicely. I had went to Brant Music a few times before buying my violin! I was very happy with the help I givin.And I also got help to put my violin on lay away. It got tuned the day I bought it as well with wonderful sounds. So over all I'd HIGHLY recommend this music store for everyone!

Great place. Kinda sucks right now as I was never handed the guitar because of covid but the service was great all things considered. Super knowledgeable and helped carry stuff out to the car. Impressive selection at the store as well. Overall, as great an experience as can be expected during a viral pandemic.

They sold me piano tuning tool that is unusable for default piano, and when i told about it - they refused to make a return.

Drove in from out of town - took a chance that the inventory on the website would match real time stock and I was not disappointed. I was searching for Yamaha HS5W (the white monitors) and my options were Amazon, Markham or London for in store stock and Brantford Music Centre...not sure why L&M wouldn't have some colour variety in these at different stores and I did not want them shipped from out of province either. I arrived before scheduled store opening and to my surprise they were already open. I'll definitely check them out again and I do recommend this music store :)

Went in for strings, walked out with strings and a brand new Fender guitar. I'd say it was a success! Great hometown store.

Over the time while my kids were growing up we have bought two vioins, a middle price range guitar, flutes, strings and bows at this place. The service was great. When my kids became teenagers, we went in to get better quality instruments. To my surprise, the owners would not allow my daughter to even hold it. Pre- pandemic time. Not shopping there anymore. Also, if you have an instrument in need of repair, I'd suggest taking it elsewhere.

Do not use the reverb website for these guys, they have items posted they do not even have in stock. They will try to refund you but it has been over the allotted times for refund and I still do not have money. I do not want to think a small music store is trying to steal and rob me for 120 dollars, and I don't know why they would go through a whole refund when they could have PayPal the money back to me. They do not answer any emails or messages, and they seems to have not reviews ok reverb. Stay away from these clowns.Upon research, the name has been taken from reverb, the real store is legit, they are fighting to get the scammer to give the name back
