In November 2021, I reached out to Sunlife client care centre and asked them to connect me with a Calgary-based advisor. I was connected to James and we immediately booked for an introduction call. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience in answering all my questions. As someone who is genuinely interested in the world of finance and finding ways to take care of my family, my questions were endless. James made me feel very comfortable and I knew he was the right advisor for us. Due to some life events, we did not reconnect again until February 2023. What we admire about James is his patience and understanding - he never rushed us to make decisions and truly cared about us. Fast forward to April 2023, we finally have our Life Insurance policies in place and James even took the time to research how we can cancel our old policies as well as look into our existing work policies to ensure that we have the right coverage for our family.
