Definitely not going back there.The lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful after I waited almost 45min for service. Ended up going to a different insurance broker who took all of 5 min to resolve the issues Sussex said they couldn’t resolve.Would not recommend.

Come for canceling my car insurance of a car that was written off was demanded by the employee some documents from icbc , I gave Tham what I had with already surprise me that Thay asked , she was demanded more docs .I called icbc about it and the service man on the phone said that shuld been calling them for that and not me in the first place , not happy that they made me running around for no reason at all .

The person behind the desk was not helpful, rude and not willing to accomodate my needs. Her answers were short and I had a feeling like she's trying to get rid of me. Not a good experience and I walked out empty handed. Just to tell you..I got all I needed and help at different insurance broker.

Daljeet made the experience a delight. She was most helpful and well informed. She went over all details in a very lucid manner and completed the process efficiently. I will definitely go back to her for any insurance related matter.

If I could give zero I would, terrible service took multiple trips. Finally gave up with them and went to mountain view insurance and had my insurance within 10 minutes, no issues there… Just do better and hire people that want to actually help your customers not make their lives difficult.

I renewed my insurance at this location the other day and I was so happy! Happy because my rate went down but what really impressed me was the customer service. Daljeet was great and informative. Very clear in her explanation. And Johnson went even up and beyond by switching my plates for me while I dealt with my crying infant. I was really impressed with him. I usually go to this location when I need to renew my insurance, but I will make sure I always do now. And hope I can see Daljeet and Johnson. :) 10/10 recommend.

I came in at 830pm and was waiting patiently behind some chatty people in front of me, I had come in for a permit for my car for the next day. After the chatters left, I was able to get the permit in record time, all before 900pm.Good and fast service, I would come again.
