Not nice, expensive and very strict!

I don’t understand how a store with virtually no foot traffic in the middle of nowhere can mistreat customers with children. I noticed this place which is next to Menchies where I was getting my 11 year old his treat. We decided to drop by after he was done with his yogurt. Upon entering this store a lady who said she is a manager started pestering my son in very aggressive manner to stay next to me. I was shocked by her behaviour and manner towards my child. Upon inquiry why my son should stay next to me she kept repeating “it’s the law, its the policy” and if he does stay next to me then she should follow him and watch him. Did I say I am shocked. Why does she have to follow and watch my 11 year old boy..... someone should train her in basic customer service. No one will spend $ where they and theirs are treated in such manner. I am not sure if she is a really a manager or actually a proprietor, it’s too bad because this establishment will not last in this location with so little exposure and bad will they create with lack of customer service.
