Great staff. Answered all my questions. First time getting new glasses and no adjustments needed. Very thorough eye exam. Best part is I can see again.

Great place to get glasses and eye exam, staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I hate going to the doctors but this place made me feel so comfortable. Will recommend going for all your eye care needs.

The team at this clinic are the best! Dr. Jang is a wonderful and very knowledgeable optometrist! She is extremely approachable and always happy to answer my eye related questions. The front store staff are all very welcoming and professional. James the optician is awesome and takes utmost care to ensuring your new glasses fit perfectly. Excellent service and attention to detail. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and how everything should fit and feel. Dr. Jang was incredibly informative and took her time to assess exactly what type of prescription I needed. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had an absolutely fabulous time at LivingHope Vision Clinic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’m very happy with my new pair of sunglasses :) I was also excited to hear that they are establishing both a clinic for specific and unique vision challenges, including for those suffering from head injuries or degenerative diseases, as well as a program to help folks in financial need obtain eyewear. Very friendly and welcoming. The optometrist was very informative, helpful, friendly, and thorough. The staff were very kind and assisted when required and even made suggestions when I was unsure which pair of eyewear to choose. Highly recommend.

I recently saw Dr Jang for my first time due to a misdiagnosed 'eye infection' I thought I attained that was not going away after a few days. I was a walk-in patient to Livinghope, and the staff in reception were super warm and friendly and incredibly efficient in running all their background checks necessary, and getting all my medical history in order for me to see Dr Jang for a consultation. Dr Jang is meticulously professional and went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable, and she quickly found and corrected the misdiagnosis, prescribed the correct treatment and medication (and food!) and my eye was significantly better already the next day! The staff here especially Dr Jang are VERY thorough in their assessments and the level of tests performed, and I am so glad I saw her from all the other optometrists that I had tried that day in the area, that did not have availability to see me and were double the consultation fee!!! Thanks Dr Jang and team!!!

Everyone was very kind and helpful through out the tests and arranging my new glasses. Since I was new to Canada, I was a little nervous about the whole thing. They made me feel very comfortable.I am super happy with my new glasses so as my 3 kids. ^0^
