Disappointed about lack of knowledge of store inventory. Mentioned 4x the strength I wanted and 3 of those times I was shown something completely different. More education or follow-up on resumes should possibly be considered. Security was very pleasant and helpful.

Highland has made my day, twice! Replaced a broken cartridge without question. Left something behind and they kept it safe for me to pick up later. I've never had any issues ever w products, and they are so wonderful to guide me when shopping. They helped me with the battery for my pen. Also ❤️❤️ great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

I like that shopping here supports a local independent business…and that it’s a pet friendly environment! Prompt, courteous service from knowledgeable staff and plenty of selection throughout. They knew how to diagnose a technical malfunction with the product I’d purchased and provided a full refund…which I immediately used to make another purchase. Happy to have this store in my neighbourhood.

As a long time (and rather picky) smoker, this is hands down my favourite shop! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and a huge and variable selection.The staff are clearly happy in their jobs, are engaging and able to direct me to product based off a vague description of my desired mood.I live within walking distance of several shops, and prefer making the trek here, as I know I always leave happy. (Also, the wall of pet photos is the best)

Second review, concentrates are all still 9+ months old, says August 2022. Today is May 5, 2023. Not sure if it’s because OCS ships products slower or what but 9 month old product shouldn’t be costing $70+ when other shops retail 55 (Grease bucket products, among others) I would shop elsewhere but since I’m local, supporting a local business is ideal to me. Please do better, 9 month old product. *I have received a percentage discount for my next purchase and the store vouches to improve inventory control/package dates.*

Haven't been in cannibis shop in a really long time. Today was the first time in ages, but Joelle was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable, and helped me choose what was best for my needs ! Amazing will be returning :)

Large stock of excellent quality goods with alot of variety for everyone's needs.I've always walked out feeling like I got a great deal on high quality goods, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.Wheelchair friendly as everything is on one level, and close to bus stops and a variety of other stores and shops.
