I have a dictation microphone that had some screws loose. Wasn’t able to fix it at home, and the gentleman at the store was kind enough to fix it for me.If I ever need a cell phone repair in the future, I would definitely come here, and appreciate your kindness and willingness to help out.

My favorite Cell Store. The owner is AMAZING !! Sold me an awesome phone 6 years ago went back 4 years later got another amazing phone. Today I had a memory problem and was looking for a new phone. The Owner said all I needed was a storage card. He installed it for me and fixed me up with a protective screen...I will be back for a new phone... Customer Loyalty. This guy has mine...Highly Recomended for all your Cell needs...

Terrible and incompetent! After 3 attempts and an hour of trying to install a screen protector i lost my patience and left. The screen protector has a black boarder which ended up covering part of my front camera. When brought to his attention he then proceeded to take it upon himself to start viewing my personal photos (which I did not give permission!) And refused to replace and properly install. The screen protector won't recognize my finger print and has compromised the touch sensitivity. The phone case i purchased pressed the volume down button, which would put my phone on silent if I chose to use the over priced Chinese knock off case.I reported to the Better Business Bureau, I recommend you do the same so they are forced to shut their doors and others are not ripped off and conned! Con its in their name!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STOREi recently came here to get my screen protector changed, when i got there,there was not a single person in the store i walked around in the store for around 10 minutes before some guy came from the back. i asked him to change the screen protector and he did but ignored my question on how much it costs. overall they did a good job putting on the screen protector, BUT THIS MAN TRIED TO CHARGE ME 30$i could buy the whole three pack of screen protectors for 10$ and he thought just because i was young he could charge 30$. this is disgusting that he tried to charge a 13 year old 30 bucks for a new screen protector so not come here. this store is a meer scam

Never bring your iPad to a repair here!!!I got tricked with wrong installation. They have charged me $240 and installed a counterfeit screen in it which does not fit properly to my device. Screen got cracked again while I was just touching it.When I returned my iPad back, owner refused his mistake. Home button had to be changed twice as well. They should have just said that, they don’t know how repair my device.

Completely mislead me. Told me he would charge $35 to replace the charging port instead all he did was straighten the pin.

I'd great service here a few times. I need to return screen protector that my wife didn't want to use. There was a no return policy but they took it back at store credit for an SD card that I wanted anyways. I appreciate their flexibility and I'm still a happy customer. They have a wide variety of products involving cell phones of all types.
