Once again disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. It is the location closest to my house so I always end up going there but more often than not they do not have at least one thing on my order in stock. This morning they were out of dark roast coffee. How does a company that vastly depends on coffee sales ever run out of dark roast coffee. Whoever manages the inventory at this location should be fired

worst experience I ever had, in last 4 days they gave me wrong coffee twice, on top of it instead of accepting their mistake, the staff starts arguing and fighting, they should be given proper training on customer service, such a rude behavior and bad attitude.

They mess up my coffee more times then get it right! It’s 2 sugars no cream and almost every time they get it wrong. It went from being the best Tim’s in the park to the worst over the past year. disappointing for sure.

I must go at the better time these others. I have never found any of the staff to be anything but courteous and have received excellent service. Some people need to look at how they are treating the Tim's employees.

It's in the tiny gas station.. Just a fill your own cup from a Timmy's machine more or less...For all the people complaining about the drive-thru you have the wrong location there is no drive through here...There is no Timmy's staff here it's just a machine in a gas station and you fill your own cup...

Several weeks ago i called and complained that this location was over charging me for my deal as part of their loyalty program. Because of a 5$ difference one day, and the fact Tim Horton's has done 0 to deal with this issue, it has cost them 10$ a day from me and i have gone to mcdonalds instead grand total so far over 100$ in just me alone. This now is to the rest of you, if your tired of the bad service from the Sherwood Dr location or are having your own problems at a different one. Show them your the boss and cost them customers

Good grief. It’s hard to believe a place like this can still be in business based on the way they yell at customers. I asked to purchase on set of commemorative 2021 NHL hockey sticks and was abruptly refused because my order order was $23; and the Tim ‘s employee said that the minimum purchase needed to be $25, prior to tax.

The staff there couldn’t make a double double correctly if they tried. Consistently coffee is never made to order and is always wet on the bottom when they hand it to me through the window or should I say, practically toss it to me through the window.should be a zero star option

Terrible. They mess up my order and refuse to give me a refund. Instead they try to give me a coffee card. So since when do their coffees cost $7 - which would equal the cost of my order.
