I have as a great experience with full throttle! There service and sales and parts department are absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t want to deal with another dealership! Paige in service and overall the service department is absolutely amazing! They always put the customers #1! I would recommend full throttle 100%!! I never have any issues they are amazing!!

I made an appointment to take my 2010 Spyder RT-S in for its spring service, and to investigate and repair a number of faults that had came up on my display when i started the bike when i took it out of winter storage. I gave them a list of the codes that had come up. They called me later that day to tell me that both drain plugs were stripped and needed replacement to complete the spring service and to tell me they were starting to investigate the codes. I checked back with them the next day and they asked me to approve additional time to investigate the fault codes. This I approved. When I called the next day to get an update, I was told it needed a new computer (cost $2000 plus 4 hours labour to install). The part would be a few days to order in. When called a few days later to see if the part had arrived, they told me it may not be the computer and may be just a pressure switch. This obviously didn't work, because they called seeking additional approval for further investigation. When I made another inquiry I was told they were going to vent the brake system and see if that was the problem. Next the told me that they no longer suspected the computer, but another component (VSS hydraulic unit) plugged into it worth $1700 with the same 4 hours labour to install. The last information I received was the part had arrived and needed to be installed. I have not been able to reach them since despite calling and leaving several messages and just not receiving an answer. I took the bike in on Apr 24/23 and today is May 5/23. The bike went in under its own power. I'm seriously wondering about the level of knowledge of the technicians at this aledged dealership. Last piece of information, picked up the bike this afternoon, and very happy to report that there are no fault codes, everything is working well. Total bill was still staggering at $2800, but I'm on the road again. Thank you Full Trottle PowerSports.

We weren't taken seriously as buyers; after 20 minutes we had to approach the 3 idle staff members at the desk with our questions. The 'take it or leave it' attitude might work for some prospective buyers but seems business as usual for FT according to multiple disappointed customers I've shared our experience with.So happy we brought our business elsewhere - first impressions matter and we won't be back.

We recently purchased an ATV with Plow, etc. from FT - they have great staff with helpful information, & COVID-considering, a great selection of machines, options, and gear! The 'extras' were in stock, & reasonably prices, installed - just what we needed & just in time for the storms! They were great with my pre & post-purchase questions & concerns. It's a bit on the late side... However, I would like to express my most sincere thanks to the staff at Full Throttle Power Sports. During our cross-Canada Journey on motorcycles (along with my other retired army buddy, Allan) to the Newfoundland and on our return trip, my Can Am Spyder broke down due to old battery on 2018.07.04 and it was brought to this service garage via a flatbed all the way from North Sydney. Larry, who had helped me when I first stopped by on our trip to Newfoundland and over the phone during my unfortunate ordeal during our return trip, with great advice, friendly service and very patient with me helped to smooth and minimize the unpleasant portion of this journey. Once I arrived on site, both Larry and Andrea assisted me in getting the service immediately. Jason, one of the mechanics who worked on my Spyder so I could be on my way riding back to home in Ottawa the next day. We arrived home safely without any problems, 3 days later...I would like all to know that the three aforementioned persons among the staff I encountered at this dealer were very understanding and friendly. I was treated with courtesy, with that I will never forget...Again, thank you.SamsonA RCCS officer from the Canadian Armed Forces...

I have called for the last 3-4 weeks and left messages with sales to call me back. I tried e-mailing as well. I have called at least 15 times in the last few weeks in hopes to speak to someone to place an order for a personal watercraft. Yesterday I left my last message and kindly told the admin that was my last attempt. I hate to leave a bad review, but in terms of customer service and communication my dealings with Full Throttle have been terrible. You would assume a business in sales would make an effort or at least have some level of communication with potential customers. I have since placed my order with another dealer outside of HRM.
