Employees there clearly showed different attitudes towards people of different races. Can't even believe this is happening in one of the largest shopping malls in Canada.

The selection is fantastic but the staff was exemplary. Saje has discontinued a particular oil for diffusing, but the lovely staff at this location helped me find a similar product. I am totally impressed by their knowledge, their professionalism, and most of off their friendliness.

I broke my diffuser and they replaced it no charge. !!! Can you believe it !?? It’s true !

I bought a couple of incense diffusers for my home. I got two so I can put one on either side of the house. When I got the product home and I put extra drops then instructed I could not smell the incense. Even after letting them run for 6 hours. So I took them back to the store to get a store credit and they refused to do anything!!!! Not even a store credit! Needles to say I will never be shopping here again.

I love this store but I have to make sure that everything I purchase gets put in my bag. I spent over $200 and was eligible for a gift although I had to pay $28 for but she forgot to put in my bag I got home and had ti call. Came back today and my husband wouldn't go in with me so I was lost and called three times and was hung up on each time. I'll make sure and shop at south gate store next time. I doubt they would hang up when they're open.

Love this place always nice to step in away from the busy mall! Staff is amazing and very insightful with recommendations & product knowledge especially since I have allergies

I'm allergic to most lavender EOs. Except for now 2 different brands. After allot of research i figured out why. It takes a longer lower pressure lower yeild distillation to avoid allergic reactions. This is a higher quality lavender and now SAJE has it!!!Their lavender EO is 100%a much higher quality then can be found almost anywhere else.Thank you Saje for stepping up your quality game!

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible, my wife went to this store yesterday and purchased a diffuser. Upon taking it hope and setting it up the product was not functioning. She went back to the store today to get her money back for the broken product and the manager on hand refused to give her money back and would only exchange the product. The manager was not pleasant to deal with and my wife was told all they would do is give her a gift card for the store that now is wasted money as from this experience we will not be returning to this store. Manager become onery when my wife asked to speak to the owner, we are awaiting a call back at this point from the owner.
