Really nice over the phone and fast to respond. My wife was in the ditch when I called, but a passer by was able to get her out after I called for service. Had to cancel my service while Jim was on his way but they were really understanding and nice about it. While I didn't receive service it does speak to their character that they didn't give me a hard time about cancelling after dispatching

Nice Scottish couple but VERY EXPENSIVE. I was charged $300 for a distance of LESS then 7 km tow in Erin. It is worth shopping around even getting a company from another town. I have asked a couple of tow companies after the fact and I would’ve been charged no more than $200 if I had called one of those very well rated Georgetown companies to come and get my car from Erin to bring it back to Georgetown. That’s way more than 7 km...

I've had a hard last couple weeks after my vehicle got in a wreck and Jim made it a little easier and eased the stress. He takes his business very serious but also cares about the well being of his community. If your looking for a tow and need someone who will take care of you Jim is your man.

One of their drivers tried to run my girlfriend and I into a median. Then proceeds to flip us off and erratically, and dangerously drives away. You would think someone driving a company vehicle would have more caution of their surroundings especially while having a vehicle on. This did not only put myself and my friends lives in danger but other cars on the road as well. Truly disgusting behaviour from that driver.

Absolutely no customer service. Says open 24 hours but they give customers attitude if you call at late hours. Would recommend calling anyone else but this business.

Speedy service. Did an early morning call after getting struck by a deer. They came immediately. Both Jim and his wife (dispatch) were very friendly and helpful. Jim offered to give me a ride home. They also had a good relationship with the collision centre. I would highly recommend.

I was stuck in the ditch on a dirt road in Erin and called Jim's Towing, they were very fast getting to me(less than 15 mins) and getting my car out of the ditch! Very well priced and extremely friendly I would definitely recommend them and would use them in again if I needed a tow truck. Thank you for your services.
