Since I called AVD Network with a problem from a retired IT support company, Steve was will and able to help. We worked through the solution(s) and came up with a plan to solve not only my immediate need but some minor issues along the way. He is always returning my calls in a timely manor and he explains what we are doing in a way that makes sense to me. It is easy to give Steve 5 stars, He did all he said he would and more.
