Every single business you call says they don't have winter tires in stock for your car, and that you likely won't find any.Enter: Randy.Randy ordered my tires and had them installed on the same day. He also told me my old tires had only 15% tread left on them. He disposed of them for me.I got an excellent deal and simply incredible service. I am now safe to drive on the road for the rest of winter.Randy - I will see you in the spring for a new set of tires. Thank you for literally saving my life.

Randy was able to fix my flat and give me a decent price on a set of snow tires while Kal tire just left me hanging on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told they couldn't help me.If you like good customer service you will enjoy the experience at Randy's Tirecraft.Thanks again for helping me out in a pinch, you guys are great!

The person who I am assuming was the owner had good customer service, straight to the point and got the work done quickly. Reasonable price, quick service and I've heard great things from other friends as well. Highly recommend

Great fast service for our flat tire with money still in our pockets. We had a flat tire as we came off the ferry from Nanaimo, they got us in asap and got us home on 2 new tires with money in our pockets still. Best service we've had in our life

My recent visit to to Randy’s tire shop wasn’t satisfactory. I asked (Andrew) I think if slow leak in one of the tires could be fixed without damaging my recently redone rims and he assured me that it could be done no problem. At the time I dropped the car me and receptionist inspected the rim and found the rim be perfect (like new ).Sure enough when I came to pick up the car I found the rim damaged in few places .Spoke to Andru he said that run flat tires hard to get off the rim.(I guess he forgot to mention this to me when I asked him if it can be done without damaging the rim) ?.In my opinion if you not sure that you can do it without making any damage inform the customer and I’ll go where it can be done . I live in the neighborhood and the shop is very convenient for me but I will not come back there again.(pictures attached )

Randy has been servicing our two Volvos now for about five years. Randy and his team are consummate professionals focused on delivering great services and service. Today we had both vehicles serviced back to back, both in and out before noon. Very efficient and convenient. Five stars and more!
