Uptown hair is amazing!!!! I am so happy that I found this salon, ever time I come here my hair turns out exactly how I want. I have gotten highlights, balayage, a haircut, and a blowout and have been so happy with my results every time. I really appreciate how my hairdresser Karolina takes the time to communicate with me about what I want, she is super accommodating. I have had such a positive experience every time that I come here— the staff are very friendly and professional :)

I have been getting my hair done at Uptown with Justyna since about 2003. Although I have not made any drastic changes to my hair, I've gone through stages of growing it longer or making it lighter. I trust Justyna to help me make decisions that not only look good but are sustainable within my lifestyle. I never had problems with appointments being rescheduled within short notice or not being given enough time or attention during my appointment. For a short while several years ago Justyna was on leave and the other staff who did my hair was competent and professional. I would highly recommend Uptown as I know that many of the staff have been there for quite a while and are experienced, not only Justyna as the owner. They truly care about their clients.

Orianna is just awesome. My wife went there for hair treatment and hair cut and she did a nice job. She also suggest the best for wife. My wife has long hair and she really did take good care of those.

I’ve been coming to this Salon for 13+ years. Probably one of the BEST salons in Oakville. I normally see Ricki and she’s amazing. Ricki is by far the best stylist I have been to. The staff are always friendly, all VERY talented, and they are always current with the latest trends. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Nothing but good words for Orianna. She chopped my waist-length hair into a beautiful chin-length hairstyle in less than an hour. There's zero maintenance behind the way my hair falls, I was anxious my hair would fall flat days after the haircut, but she predicted how my hair would behave. Everyone working that day made me feel so welcome and cheered me on for going short and donating my hair. I feel so confident, my hair matches my vibe.

I have been using the services of this salon regularly for over 20 years for hair cut colour etc. and have experienced top notch expertise in styling my very difficult textured hair. The customer service is outstanding the hair products are quality and the skills of the hair professionals are top notch. They also demonstrate a genuine understanding of what it means to be a community business as evidenced my the relationships they treasure with customers like myself over many years. I retired in Niagara many years ago now and still travel to Uptown in Oakville because of the quality and relationship....Keep it Up as there are too few businesses who understand these values today. Love going to Uptown Hair Spa! All the stylists are so friendly and knowledgeable and SO talented! I have been seeing Orianna for over a year and she is absolutely amazing. She listens to all my ideas but also is very honest about what will work to save the integrity of my hair! My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. She takes her time and my hair always turns out amazing!!!! You won’t go wrong booking an appointment with her! She’s so talented and knows what she’s doing. I trust her with my hair!!!

Took my daughter twice. Who was loosing hair due to sickness. Both times we dealt with oriana . Excellent service and very thoughtful customer services. She guided my daughter how to grow her hair back in a very child friendly manner, Who is turning teen. Love the service and her patience. Good luck!

Orianna is an amazing hairstylist. Ever since my hairdresser retired, it was so difficult to find a new one that understood my hair and cut it to my liking. After going to Orianna the first time, I knew she was the girl. We start every appointment by discussing what I want and she always provides her professional recommendations. She is amazing at cutting long layers and always styles my hair super cute. I have never left the salon unhappy. Thank you so much for your services Orianna!
