First class experience at Physiomed -Erin Mills. Professional, courteous & kind staff. Everyone was excellent and knowledgeable from the front desk to the doctors to the therapy room. My surgeon prescribed physiotherapy to build up the strength in my knee after surgery. I chose Physiomed as they are conveniently located from my house. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. During therapy, any questions I asked were answered patiently and thoroughly. Not long after starting physiotherapy, I was slowly able to get back to a normal routine. Also, Physiomed are very flexible in their scheduling which is much appreciated.

This is the best physio clinic you can go to.Adam the clinic manager is very kind, supportive and understanding of your physio needs.Nick is the best physiotherapist you can deal with. He is very experienced and skilled.The front desk are very friendly and kind.Overall Physiomed Millcreek is my second home and they are the one to go whenever I am having any pain.

I have gone to physiomed a few times over the past few years for a variety of issues and am always very happy with the support and exercise routine I am given. A few years ago my planters fasciitis was excruciating and after a couple of months of visits and routines I have no problems. This year it was shoulder pain, and I am ‘cured’. I find all the people there very helpful and knowledgable.

I went to this place looking for a particular treatment, Myofascial release. I told them this at my interview prior to an assessment. They used some fancy terms but never actually told me that not only did they not provide this service but they didn’t even have an RMT at the clinic. I received my assessment and they informed me that I needed x-rays which were available at their facility. I returned a couple of days later only to be told that I needed another assessment where I again told them about my requirements, this time however I WAS told that they didn’t offer the service I asked for and that they would have to get someone in or better still if I were to arrange it myself. Two unnecessary expensive assessments which were covered by my insurance company following my MVA.Draw your own conclusions.

The staff of Pysiomed, Erin Mills, is very friendly, kind and so professional. Everyone has been so caring and helpful. The front staff is exceptional. They do their best, to make you feel welcomed and at home.All the therapists who have helped me, are really knowledgeable and patient.Vijay is amazing! He is very patient and understanding. So very gentle, but very effective, which is very admirable. He goes above and beyond to help.He also has a wealth of information, which he willingly shares.I have had such great improvements in my health. I am so happy, that I chose to do my treatment at Pysiomed, Erin. I would highly recommend them.

I've been going to Physiomed Mississauga - Erin Mills since March 2022 (I was referred by my cousin) and have had a fantastic experience with Dr.Adam, Dr. Nick and the physiotherapists I've been working with. They have provided me with a wonderful strength and stretch program to help heal my knee which I injured from dance. Great experience, very knowledgeable therapists and DRs. I started a cpl months ago and within weeks I could feel a drastic change. It was very encouraging to see progress as I was convinced that I’d just have to live with these nagging injuries. Also they taught me a lot of things I could do from home to further the therapy which was greatly appreciated.Very good experience and I highly recommend physiomed.
