Excellent service. Our old pump couldn't be pulled by crane so they worked for 45 minutes straight manually pulling it up. They didn't stop until it was out. Truly appreciate their service and hard work to get our water back on.

I needed a new well pressure tank and pressure gauge after my current system had received some damage from falling concrete. Called for someone to come out in the morning and they were able to come out, check it out, and replace the pieces all in the same day for a reasonable price. It looks good and I'm very happy with the service provided.

Owner of the company ran over my grass and sidewalk, broke my 120 year old sidewalk and said all I can do is say I’m sorry. Followed up with throwing a little dirt around in my yard and haven’t heard anything since. Said he would make an insurance claim for the damage to my property but never followed up. I will be taking legal action it looks like unfortunately. Kinda figured it would come to this honestly, nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions anymore!!

Wanted to complement this excellent local business. Layman & Sons here in White Lake helped us out with an urgent well need on a snowy day in November 2018. Their sincere and caring service honestly assessed our failing well and water pressure problem without any irritating “up selling”.We have an older well system that will eventually need replacement but Mr. Layman was able to bring our existing system back to life.Their pricing estimate was correct and the findings, when the well equipment was pulled, matched what Mr. Layman had predicted.They performed the work expertly, with care for our property, and left us with our water supply restored.Great job and keep up the good work in our community!

4th generation family business. Phil and his boys are great. In under 24 hours they fixed my leaking well and took great care of my landscaping. Most importantly, Phil was great on the phone when I called and he really put me at ease for what to expect. They even fixed a broken switch on my well pump inside my home too... all in under 3 hours and for a very fair price. I highly recommend them. They'll treat you well.""

The guys came out to assess the leak in my well tank on a Thursday. They scheduled with me to return the next morning (Friday) because they did not have the tank with them. I reached out to them in morning to find out what time they'd be back to my house. They did not call, respond to text or respond to my phone call. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I won't recommend them and will let others I know that this company does not care about its customers.I would give them 0" stars if that were an option."

Phillip came out on Sunday at 3:30p because we had no water, diagnosed that our pump wiring was faulty, pulled the pump manually, replaced the wires and we had water within an hour. He also diagnosed that our pressure tank was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Made an appointment to replace that on Tuesday, showed up on time and replaced the tank. Thank you for such a great experience with your company! We appreciate your professionalism!

When other well businesses quoted double the price to replace old technology, Phil suggested new equipment, more powerful, more efficient at 1/2 the price. His son Phil Jr. is THE BEST! Clean cut, respectful, communicates professionally and is HONEST, just like his father. The level of expertise is unquestionably superior in this industry and far too many shady guys are out there waiting to take advantage of those who don't know better. I had an issue with my well that Layman and sons did last November. As usual the problem occurred after hours late on Friday evening. I called Phil at 8 am Saturday morning and he had me test a few things over the phone so that he had a better understanding of what was going on. He said he would be out in an hour. He found a leak inside my well and repaired it. By 10 am my well was fixed and Phil was on his way. The charge was 40 dollars for an emergency repair on a rainy Saturday morning. I don't think anyone could give better customer service than that, I highly recommend this company for any of their well needs. Thank You Phil!!!
