I had an issue with my Nuera central Vac and called them up for assistance. Michel promptly returned my call and invited me to their shop to troubleshoot the unit. Upon arrival, Michel immediately got his tools and got to work. Within minutes, he found the problem and fixed it. Out the door in under 30 minutes. Awesome customer experience! Thank you

Poor experience with Concept Home. We recently changed our service provider to Bell for better speeds and turns out our wall ports installed by Concept were faulty(confirmed by Bell as well). This is not the first I heard of this - multiple people from my community has experienced the same issue.Contacted Stephane(VP of commercial sales) and was informed that they would not entertain coming in for a check. He said it would require a $100 just for the site visit.I would caution anyone going with this company especially if you are not techincal and have no way to test if their install was proper.

Nice staff ,good variety

Poor service and quality of work. We had to get dry wall damages left by the workers repaired. We expressed our concerns to the management and were offered no solution or compensation for the trouble.
