The service was pretty bad, the teller was slow handling the rush and the language we as a big issue. The food was alright. The fries were Defenitely over cooked. There were a few unhappy customers in the store for sure!

Absolutely terrible service every single time you go in or through the drive thru.Managers verbally abusing the staff consistently.Getting Pulled to the front for very basic small orders i.e 2 tacos, a drink and some fries (with no one behind us)They can NEVER hear your order correctly and will almost always mess something up.If you want taco bell and you’re in spruce grove, just order it on an app and save yourself the trouble of going in.

It's Taco Bell! We love our Tacos and don't forget the Supreme Fries.I honestly don't like to give a bad review solely based on the employee that day, as we don't know all the circumstances. But the food was good as usual and for that I'll go back!

Now would you look at that.... as if someone who cares would serve you something this disgusting and not think twice .....Jesus, black chicken on both sides and sloppy put together... first time having this and wow.... pretty sure this place hires the best people... if you can't think that something is wrong here than you got a problem... get out of the business, I wonder how health Canada would think about this? Common time for new supervisors? I hope someone higher up sees this and hopefully does something I'd hate to see someone get really sick of negligence ... give your head a shake staff... take pride in your work, just disgusting

Figured I would give them one last try. This location is the absolute worst. The drive thru ordering is a terrible experience. Had to have my order taken by two different people because the first couldn't understand me. I was told to pull around front as they were waiting on my food. I sat out front for 15 minutes waiting for my cold fries supreme that had the most sour taste to it. The taco Supremes were so flat that I thought they were just the tortilla, which was very close to the case. So that is the last time for this place. There is not an option for 0 stars but that's what it needs.

If I’m going to have to wait in the front for 10 minutes to get food, I expect 100% good serviced food!!!! Tacos weren’t wrapped properly and the meat in the crunch supreme was only on one side and it wasn’t a lot of meat at all. As a first time at Taco Bell, I’m very disappointed!!

Did the drive thru. I like Taco Bell, but I like my homemade ones better. The drive thru is always slow. That's the price you pay for freshly made food.

Restaurant closes at 9:30pm I arrived there to place my order at 9:10pm and the girl locks the door as I pull up. This is not the first time this has happened at this location well it is the last time it will happen to me.
