Outstanding service with Melanie. This is the second time getting help from her and she really knows coloring. She is very helpful and kind. She offers a service that is rare to find these days. She appears to love her work and I am grateful for all her help. Bravo Melanie!

La madame qui travaille la mardi matin devrait changer de métier. Honnêtement service à la clientèle de merde et attitude de merde. Je suis dans la magasin avec ma fille pis la vendeuse de merde ne porte même pas son masque, elle le baisse car bouger des bouteilles cest un veritable sport pour elle.Je suis abasourdi par le manque de professionnalisme de cette femme horribleJust left the store with my 10 year old daughter because the service (or lack thereof) is absolutely horrible.The lady did not even acknowledge us and stayed on the phone the whole time. Ok, it was a work call to ship some products from her store to another. But when a customer is waiting for more then 10 minutes you can also ask your collegue to call you back. But I waited. Didn't want to bother and was respectful of the whole situation.But was I find unacceptable was that as soon as the call was over, she didn't come over to help us. We were obviously waiting for her and needed assistance and she knew that. Plus jamais je mettrai les pieds dans un de leur magasin. J’ai été acheté un ensemble de shampooing spécifique et le vendeur finit par me convaincre d’acheter une autre sorte, qui me cause des réactions depuis plus d’une semaine. Le magasin ne veut rien faire pour m’aider et ni leur service à la clientèle. Très mauvais service à la clientèle.

Good variety of products, but very poor customer service. The lady who works there barely knows the products they're selling, and wouldn't give you any details. Therefore, be advise of knowing the product you want to buy before hand. Otherwise, you'll end up spending your money, and no help will be provided.
