Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, at any kind of establishment. Kyle took care of me efficiently, while taking the time to correctly size me and ensure the fit was good. Highly recommend Red Wing Shoes Grande Prairie, and will be back when I’m in need of new boots.

Awesome customer service, had to return some boots because they didn't fit right, took me in and figured it out and got me re sized. Will be back!

Just recently visited looking for a new pair of boots and torn if I wanted to go Red Wing root due to comfort. Trina and Victoria together went through multiple of options finding the best fit for myself plus got me set up with soles! Red Wing is a good product but the customer service is especially why I'll continue returning.Thanks again ladies!

Red wing products are fantastic. Not just the boots, but the staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! They have a great selection for pretty much everyone. Small story... I bought wonderful boots that were lost in the mail, no fault of red wing. The paper work was correct, but Canada post sent them to a different address, and then they were picked up by some thief who didn't have my identification, which is absolutely needed. In the end, red wing decided to give me another pair of boots, no charge. I don't like that a great company had to bite the bullet when they did nothing wrong, but it goes to show what their customers mean to them. Show these guys some love, they deserve it, and you won't find better boots anywhere else! Shout out especially to the West Edmonton and Grand Prairie locations, they're the ones who helped me through this situation.

I order all my Red Wing Shoes from them, very knowledgeable staff, and very helpful. They are more than accommodating and will ship them straight to my door in Edmonton. I've ordered Red Wings from various stores, and they've shown up with minor imperfections. With RedWing GP, they are perfect every time. I think I'm closing in on 9 pairs or so. I got a care package with one of my orders once. It was great, because you can never get enough of their awesome shirts, and hats. They generally go above and beyond what I expect from a Shoe Store. Now that I think of it, I should call them and get some more hats and shirts :P

The boots are expensive, because they’re the best you can buy. Excellent service today, highly recommend this location and Red Wing boots. I’m on concrete 12-15 hours a day and these boots keep my feet from killing me!
