Northville Watch & Clock Shop

Great service and super fast turnaround from Northville Watch and Clock Shop! I ordered a new watch online and it arrived the day before I needed to leave town for a wedding... and of course as soon as I tried it on, it was significantly too big.Not having much time, I started researching watch shops in the area, and most seemed to have long wait times to get any adjustments made, but Northville Watch and Clock had tons of rave reviews! Having visited, I can definitely understand why. It's located in a nice part of Northville and the entire shop just has a ton of charm. The staff is really friendly, and worked quickly to get the adjustments made for the watch while I was still in the shop! I was in and out in under 20 minutes, having spent less than 20 dollars, I'll count that as a double win!Overall, if you need to have work done to your Watch or Clock and you're in the area, don't hesitate to swing by this shop!

So much kindness here! My Mom adores a cuckoo clock my brother brought back from Europe 30+ years ago. He passed away 20 years ago and it is one of the few things that she has from him. We came into the Watch and Clock Shop yesterday with it and were disheartened to learn that they couldn't work on my Mom's mechanical clock because they were full. After my Mom told her the story, Becki took the clock out of the box and gave it some love right on the spot so it would work again. She wouldn't take any money. What an angel!

I dropped off a wall clock that I had since 1987 and was told an estimate that I considered reasonable, asked my Aunt that evening where she gets her grandfather clock serviced and she responded Northville Clock Shop for over 40 years, they called me 3 days later and said my bill was almost 60% less, that is honesty and quality all in one.

Best place to go if you need clock or watch repairs. Everyone here is super knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Very nice, spoke with Elliot, very friendly, she will get back with us on what the cost will be in the repair of our Mantle Clock. My husband saw some clocks that were simply beautiful. We were only in for a short time. Very pretty building, Victoria style. Thinking anyone that needs to go there won't be disappointed.

My watch needed some TLC, had them replace the battery and change my band. Definitely fell in love with the clocks here. Cool little repair shop and very friendly staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was lucky because I was able to find a watch there for sale at a great price. They did say they mostly do repairs on clocks and watches, and the study stream of customers coming in and out proved that they know what they're doing. A small and busy space, with a lot of experience and very friendly assistance.

Just had Northville Watch and Clock Shop at out house to clean and repair our grandfather clocks. They did an amazing job! They will definitely be our forever go to repair and maintenance shop!Shop!! I highly recommend them!!

Becky legit SAVED MY CLOCK! I was so discouraged and heartbroken that my parents clock broke and wouldn’t be repairable because it’s a custom clock and older. I called the shop and Becky walked me through steps to see if the clock was salvageable and what she suggested freaking worked!!! Becky is so kind and helpful I can’t recommend this place enough! She made me feel confident and she was so informative. Becky deserves a raise!! Thank you so much for helping me keep this sentimental family clock ticking!
