The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. All of my daughter's questions were answered enthusiastically and with plenty of information.The entire atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone was very friendly.

I had a friend about a couple months ago who went to this place to get her piercing done here and it is still infected to date because of the way it got pierced. I also have a friend who came in today from an hour away to get her cartilage pierced today at 330 and no one was at the shop when we came to get it done. So we wasted an hour away there and back for disorganized and very disappointing service. Will not be coming back and will never recommended it to anyone.

I got a haircut here a couple months ago, and it turned out horribly. I showed three or four pictures of what I wanted and the highlights I wanted and it came out nothing like the pictures, and the haircut was way shorter and again looked nothing like the pictures I showed. The layers were horrible. I asked her to cut my curtain bangs and she didn’t, I asked for highlights and i showed a couple pictures and explained it and it looked nothing like the pictures i showed and how i explained it hey were too big and the colour was so off. And while I was in the salon the conversation they were having wasn’t appropriate and made me uncomfortable. I regret coming to this place, and I will never come back.

My daughter finally decided on having her ears pierced. Tina was AMAZING with her, and the experience was an absolute delight. We highly recommend Tina for the very first piercing. Sophie is 4, didn’t shed a tear and was happy during the whole process.

I got my first tattoo here by Aj, He talked me through every step and did a great job! The owner is hilarious aswell, great experience:)

The shop owner was very easy and accommodating to schedule my older teenager for 2 piercings. It was a great experience for us both and they will definitely be scheduling another piercing.

For years I've be wanting a nose piercing! Unfortunately, I'm terrified of needles.What a waste of energy! Finally I've met the piercer of my dreams! Not only did Tina explain every step of what she was doing, she did it with compassion, expertise and humour (a little bit of dark humour, my favourite) I see myself spending much more time in Tina's shop!Thanks for helping me overcome my fears! I LOVE my new look!

My 6 year old granddaughter got her ears pierced yesterday. Chris Tina was amazing! Such patience!! My granddaughter was so nervous and does NOT like ‘needles’. She was given so much time to ‘prepare’…and was so happy when there was NO PAIN!! Great job. I highly recommend Chris Tina for your children’s first piercing!
