Great experience visiting The Source! Really impressed by Sagar who helped me decide which phone i should buy that fits my requirements. He made sure to offer me variety of options. He helped me through the difficult process of transferring phones, and providing the best deal that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I recommend asking for him when going to the Source in Nelson. :)

My phone randomly broke last week so I went to the Source to see what they could offer me. For just a fraction more than what I paid already I got 20GB extra data and a brand new phone. The service was exceptional, Ella (I think that's your name... sorry if I got it wrong!) spent nearly 2 hours guiding me through the costs and helping find me the best deal possible. Would highly recommend this store. To the awesome lady (Ella?) working on 7th June who helped me get my new google pixel - you're the best!

Bought a new phone here recently. The sales rep told me that the processing/activation fees for my new phone would be waived by calling the phone company (Virgin) as I've been a customer for more than a decade.After 80 minutes on the phone with Virgin, I still had to pay the extra fees and the manager at Virgin told me you can't be surprised that they lied to you to make a sale". Apparently this is a known issue. Never again!*****Update: Despite the immediate response to the Google review I posted (see below)

Came in yesterday with the sole purpose of renewing my phone contract but ended up coming home with a new phone as well. I was assisted by Ankit who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation and queries. Excellent customer service indeed!

Cayden and Oliver gave great service, both my partner and got new phones. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was to get a brand new phone, plan, and charger. Didn't spend a dime. Somehow walked out with store credit. Thanks for a great experience.

Went to Nelson Source to get new phone contracts and received excellent service from Ella and Ben. Not only were they helpful, they stayed after closing to help us with our contract as it was a bit complicated. Can’t thank them enough for their time and amazing customer service.
