Bill is awesome! Due to traffic congestion, we were running late and I called in to ask if we can still come in. Bill is very nice and kind, he patiently waited us. He is very professional and genuine in suggesting the frames. Unfortunately due to our budget limit we did get our puzzle framed this time, but we will definitely come back again with art pieces that worth the quality here!Another HEARTWARMING moment is that Bill kindly and carefully helped us wrapped our puzzle to protect it from the rain, even though we did not get it framed here. Bill was fantastic from start to finish. Gave us many options based on our tight budget. He also did it quicker and cheaper than any of the other places around town quoted me. The custom shadow box frame was beautifully crafted. We will definitely give Commercial Picture Framing our business again.

This was my first time getting a custom frame for my art prints and definitely won’t be my last. The frames turned out great and the turn around time was fast. this was the best customer service and informative experience I’ve ever had. William is truly passionate with what he does. I get all my framing done here and always will. Bill Grulkey, the owner, is extremely good at what he does and one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. He's an avid photographer and sells his work in the shop (I own several of his pieces). Can't recommend him highly enough.

After being ignored by Michael's, I decided to get my mat cut at a local store. I'm glad I did! Bill was super professional and cut a very tidy new mat for my oddly sized piece of art- and the price was incredibly reasonable too. You can trust him with whatever you need framed. Thanks so much!
