Shoppers Drug Mart

I recently visited Shoppers Drug Mart to purchase a face wash, and I must say that I was highly satisfied with my experience. Mona helped me at the pharmacy and she went above and beyond for me. Was so helpful with getting my prescriptions transferred. I have a lot of anxiety and she made me feel so comfortable and well looked after. I am so happy to have chosen this pharmacy with such inviting staff. Thanks again Mona!

Busy location. There is always a line up for the Canada Post, but it moves quickly. The pharmacy is terrible. The prescription is never filled on time, always a line up, and the persons behind the counter, specifically one lady, is always miserable. If you can go elsewhere, I would suggest it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I used self-checkout but noticed I had the wrong conditioner on the way out. The staff member I approached for help upon re-entering was very helpful.

Half the time I call to reorder my prescriptions it says “the customer you are calling is currently unavailable”. I find the pharmacy is very busy, over worked (especially in the summer with all the cottagers) and understaffed. I think this has a big impact on their organization, speed and quality of their service. I often have issues with my medications and usually wait for them to figure out the issue or re-dispense it. Typically at least a 20 minute wait, the staff are polite and helpful though. I think they just need better support.

Can't even get through the pharmacy. I called 5 times today., Fourth time I was on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on, fifth time I talked to someone in the pharmacy and now I'm hold for 47 minutes. Either they are extremely understaffed, forgot about me, or don't care.

Such the nicest staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are the best, kind, willing to help you with any information on products. They do an amazing job and ALL should get a big raise. When tourists come to our small town, they direct all of their prescriptions up here. Just an amazing job keeping everyone happy and informed about any changes or updates regarding your prescriptions. Thank you all for your help.

Friendly staff great customer service

Worse pharmacist ever!!!! Judgement and rude. Even if you need to leave town to get to a different pharmacy, do yourself a favour and take the drive

The door is monitored, which is great, but...... Everyone seems to have to press a doorbell/buzzer. After going first a long lunch and returning, then still waiting in the car for 1.5 hours + (for a prescription) and nobody has cleaned the buzzer. Even rude when politely mentioned.Should we expect more from a pharmacy?Oh and after the lines and the wait, they think they gave our prescription to somebody else! But it's only been 4 hours, they told us 1 hour.Terrible place, they simply do not care. Recommend avoiding it. So sad.
