I'm very happy to leave this testimonial and would encourage others to use National Appraisals. I've heard some bad stories about how long it takes to get a quote, and how some companies take weeks to deliver, however that was not the case with National Appraisals. They were pleasant to deal with and delivered in a few days. I really appreciated their honesty and would definitely recommend them!

Great company to deal with. They were very helpful explaining things while I booked our appointment. The appraiser was on time. He was thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel rushed. Price seemed fair to me.

Would not recommend National Appraisals. The individual they sent was unable to answer basic questions on the methodology they used, failed to ask any questions with respect to the new construction and under valued the home. The appraisal provided was well under the Ottawa price per sq foot for a custom build. When asked for if the company had certified appeasers they mentioned one had experience and the rest were working on certification. The bank selected this company as part of the mortgage process, we would never have used them.
