Loved that we could only order through a window, that it's located next to a park, and that there were so many flavours of ice cream. Portions are huge. It was a little hard to find at the back of the plaza, as we aren't from the area, but my goodness it was such a pleasure once we did find it.

Girls are always polite and friendly. The quality of the ice cream is so good. Reminds me of old school real ice cream. Good selection on flavours and the prices are very fair!

My wife and I made a trip in for an ice cream tonight. They charged me $12.40 for a double scoop on a regular cone and a single scoop on a waffle cone. These were the smallest scoops I've ever had from there. I dont know if management has changed or changed their operating methods but I felt it was a total rip-off. We won't be back.

Go for their home-made flavours. I like their salty caramel but lately I realized it's just Kawartha Salty Caramel which you can get at the supermarket way cheaper. Prices are a bit on the high side but still OK. There's some parking and some small seating space. It's next to a dump so you have to get used to the occasional smell of garbage. It's right at the heart of downtown New Hamburg. Not the best ice cream in Ontario but still my favourite ice cream place in the area.

Great place to get ice cream with the family. The servings are huge! I got two scoops and could barely finish it. Lots of variety too which is great.

Great spot to get hard ice cream served in various cones are cups. Servings were generous! Service was good. The ice cream was smooth, no ice crystals. Lots of flavours and I am told they change regularly. I had the St Jacob's Apple pie and it was stellar.
